Once upon a time there was a giant weta who was exploring the forest of the Waipoua.  He came a across a world war two army base that had old guns that didn’t work and bones that were covered in moss.  Nails and other stuff that the giant weta knew how to use were also there.  The giant weta fixed the guns and whoever comes and starts to explore the army base they would never come back because the army base is now his home.

My favourite part of building my giant weta clay insect , was that it takes a little bit of skill but after I built the clay weta I used some colours that were very hard to make because I had to mix this and then mix that. It was very tiring and hard but I had finally built, painted and pva glued my weta.

I have learned lots of stuff while researching like weta are just giant grasshoppers and weta have there ears on there front legs.
